“Platform”) developed and owned by Hwrslife Ecommerce Marketing Private Limited
(hereinafter referred as “Hwrslife”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the
Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at B 1/13, Raghunagar, New Delhi – 110045
and corporate office at Plot No. 13, Khasra No. 16/11/2,

requires, the terms “You” or “Customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who uses the Platform.
The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Hwrslife.

and conditions (“Terms of Use”) including applicable policies, which are incorporated herein
by reference. By merely using the Platform, You shall be contracting with Hwrslife, and these

constitute Your binding obligations with Hwrslife.

applicable third-party materials), is the property of Hwrslife and is copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. You agree to comply with all copyright laws worldwide in Your use of this Platform and to prevent unauthorized copying of the Materials. Hwrslife does not grant any express or implied rights under any patents, trademarks,
copyrights, or trade secret information.
2 :Customer Eligibility:
The customer must comply with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to become a registered customer on the Platform.
3.Registration Obligation:
Customers should register on the Platform by following the instructions provided at the time of registration.
4.Communication:
When You use the Platform or send emails, data, or other communication to Us, You agree that You are communicating with Us electronically and consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as required. We may communicate with You by email, SMS, notifications, or any other suitable mode.
5.Posting on Platform:
The right to post, upload, or publish content on the Platform is the exclusive right of Hwrslife. Any unauthorized posting by third parties may invite legal action under applicable laws.

7.Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hwrslife, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims,
demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use
or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
8.Limitation of Damages:
In no event shall Hwrslife or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
