Registration, Cancellation, Refund & Product Return Policy

HWRS LIFE E COMMERCE MARKETING PVT LTD gives a free Registration with Login ID & password. If the customer or Independent representative is not satisfied with company policies/products/services so customer or Independent representative will not liable to buy any product/service from the company for activation/updating login ID and his/her login id automatically deactivated after next closing month from date of registration permanently. If customer or Independent representative will buy any product from the company and he/she will not comfortable with company policies, then Cancellation can be done within 5 days from the date of payment to the company and 100% Refund will be made in favor of registered customer / Independent representative bank account through Cheque /Pay order/Bank transfer within 7 working days, But his/her Login Id should not be activated / updated. In case the customer or Independent representatives activate/update his/her registration login id then the cancellation & refund will not possible.

Your Product will be deliverd within 7 days .

Product Return & Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products because of any manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and Refund will be credited within seven days to original source of payment method as per the terms of the Returns Policy. The policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied with an original invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged, mishandled or misused.

Products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days from the Invoice Date. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be in marketable condition.
Return must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Product must not be intentionally damaged, mishandled, or misused.

Important Notes:-

The Independent representative must return the product(s) to HWRS LIFE E COMMERCE MARKETING PVT LTD Office
Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date.
Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the Independent representative as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed at office.

Free Registration Policy

HWRS LIFE offers free registration to customers and Independent Representatives (IRs), providing a Login ID and Password to access platform services. Registration does not obligate the user to purchase any product or service. If a registered user chooses not to activate or update their Login ID, and does not make any purchase, their Login ID will be automatically deactivated after the next monthly closing from the date of registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Pre-Activation)

If a registered customer or IR purchases a product but is not satisfied with the company’s policies, products, or services, they may request cancellation within 5 days from the date of payment. A 100% refund will be processed to the registered customer's or IR’s bank account via Cheque, Pay Order, or Bank Transfer within 7 working days, provided:

The Login ID has not been activated or updated.
The cancellation request is submitted in writing to the company’s official support channel.

⚠️ Note: Once the Login ID is activated or updated, cancellation and refund will not be permitted under this policy.

Product Delivery Timeline

All confirmed orders will be delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to serviceable pin codes and logistics availability.

Return Procedure & Assessment

The IR or customer must return the product(s) to HWRS LIFE E COMMERCE MARKETING PVT LTD Office.
The return period is calculated from the Invoice Date.
Returned products will be assessed for condition:
- Marketable: Eligible for refund.
- Unmarketable: Not eligible for refund.

Important Notes

This policy is governed by applicable laws under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
HWRS LIFE reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion, with prior notice to registered users.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert City, India].
Login is required to purchase products on this site. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are only applicable to customers registered on this platform.
